Objective To study the therapeutic effects of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in diabetes mellitus complicated by bedsore. Methods Sixty patients with diabetic bedsore were randomly divided into two groups: VSD group and general group. Results In VSD group, cure rate（73.3%） was significantly higher than that in general group（26.7%）.
