Objective To investigate the changes in tyrosine phosphatase(CD148)，P-selection (CD62P) and glyco1protein Ⅱb/Ⅲa(PAC-1) in platelets of elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)．Methods CD148，CD62P and PAC-1 in platelets were analyzed by flow cytometric 3-color immunofluorescence．Results The percentage and MFI of CD62 expression in the platelet membrane in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) were increased compared with healthy individuals(6.24 vs 0.89，P
