To solve the problem of patients queuing long time for registration, optimize the clinic process for troop patients. To define the business flows, pick the appropriate software framework and development tools, use the features that JAVA WEB applications provided, design and implement of the troops appointment and registration system in CAPF three-level network in B/S mode through analyzing requirements. The difficulty of troop patients in the hospital queuing for registration was resolved. The way of medical service is broadened and the medical service is improved.
