Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhihanchushi Powder on the localized hyperhidrosis and skin lesions in heat and humidity condition. Methods 550 military officers and soldiers in an unit were divided into 3 groups according to the foot sweating, genital organ sweating and tinea pedis. And these 3 groups were further divided into trial group and control group randomly. The trial group was provided with daily necessities plus Zhihanchushi Powder, while the control group used ordinary daily necessities. After 2 weeks, the hyperhidrosis areas were measured by the original seal record method, and the tinea pedis was microscopically examined and then subjected to germiculture. Results The trial group significantly improved after 2 weeks of continuous medication, compared with the control group. And the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusions The Zhihanchushi Powder can effectively prevent localized hyperhidrosis and tinea pedis.
