Objective To study the postoperative analgesic effect of tramadol local infiltration in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Eighty-three patients ASAⅠ-Ⅱ undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomized to four groups in a double-blind manner. Group N received 0.9% normal saline, group T received 2 mg/kg tramadol, group B received 0.25% bupivacaine, group TB received 2 mg/kg tramadol + 0.25% bupivacaine subcutaneously in volume of 5ml before closing the incision. The degrees of pain were recorded with the visual analog scale(VAS) at the points of 0,5 min,2,6,24 h. Leaving bed time, passing flatus time, shoulder and back pain , nausea and vomiting were recorded. Results Pain scores were statistically lower in groups T, B, TB than in group N(P＜0.001); the time of leaving bed in group T was shorter than in group N, the time of passingflatns in group B was earlier than in group N with statistically significant tsfference differences(P＜0.05). Conclusions Local infiltration of tramadol effects postoperative analgesia in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy similar to 0.25% bupivacaine, and with fewer adverse effects.
