According to the idea of “promoting construction and change by evaluation, combining evaluation and construction, and focusing on construction of hospital”, to meet the hospital accreditation as a priority among priorities, we placed the evaluation in a prominent position. Therefore, we conducted in-depth mobilization, and ascertained the responsibilities at all levels, and adjusted the standards, quality and safety, the construction of information, personnel training and institutional mechanisms, comprehensive review, and serious rectification. Through the establishment of long-term mechanism of self-examination, this hospital achieved remarkable results, hospital level has been further improved.
