Objective To study the traumatic reason and treament of the corneal flap dislocation after LASIK, and to choose the mode of the reflective surgery in military personnel. Methods Seven reposition surgeries of corneal flap dislocated by trauma were performed in military personnel. Results Six of seven trauma were related to military trainning. Their visiting hospital time was long, and the longest was 2 years. Corneal flap wrinkle was found severe during operation in 3 of 7 cases. 2 cases were unfolded artifically, and 1 case was sutured with cornea. Their visual acuity was all improved. The visual acuities were 1.0 in 2 cases, 0.8 in 2 cases, 0.6 in 1 case, 0.5 in 2 cases respectively one month after surgery. Conclusions It should be cautious to perform a LASIK reflective surgery for military personnel.
