Comparison of comprehensive nursing effect on different nursing modes on patients with hypertensive cerebral microhemorrhage

Abstract

Objective To observe and compare the comprehensive nursing effect of different nursing modes on the the patients with hypertensive cerebral microhemorrhage. Methods 70 patients with hypertensive cerebral microhemorrbage in this hospital from May 2011 to January 2014 were selected as study objects,and they were randomly divided into group A(conventional cerebral microhemorrhage nursing group)35 cases and group B(targeted nursing group)35 cases,then the disease awareness,treatment compliance and life quality in the two groups before the nuring intervention and at first,second and forth week after the nursing intervention were analyzed and compared, respectively. Results The high disease awareness rates and total treatment compliance rates in group B at first,second and forth week after the nursing intervention were 65.71%,82.86%,97.14% and 94.29%,97.14%,100.00%,respectively, and they were all higher than those in group A,the life quality scores were all higher than those in group A too,all P<0.05,there were all significantly different. Conclusion The targeted nursing can effectively improve the various states of patients with hypertensive cerebral microhemorrhage,so it is suitable for these patients.
