Acupuncture Shenshu combined with local surround punctare in treatment of chloasma:analysis of curative effect
Objective To observe the acupuncture Shenshu combined with local surrounding puncture in treatment of chloasma and curative effect. Methods Selected from November 2013 to June 2015 were a total of 120 female patients with chloasma, were randomly divided into acupuncture combined with local surrounding puncture group (40 cases), simple acupuncture group (40 cases) and simple local surrounding puncture group (40 cases). Three groups were given acupuncture Shenshu point, pure acupuncture Shenshu point and surrounding puncture each for 2 course of treatment. We collected and recorded the changes hormone levels and the treatment effect in the three groups of patients before and after treatmant, and made comparison and analysis. Results After different treatments, four indexes were in acupuncture combined with surrounding puncture patients improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),and in acupuncture combined with local puncture group FSH was higher than in the pure acupuncture group and simple local surrounding puncture group, LH, E2 and P levels were low, the difference had statistically significant difference (P<0.05). In acupuncture combined with local surrounding puncture group, total effective rate was 92.5%, 75.0% higher than that in pure acupuncture group and simple local surrounding puncture group 72.5%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture Shenshu point combined with local surrounding puncture for treatment of chloasma can significantly improve the patient’s body hormone levels, the clinical effect of combined Methods is more significant than one method alone, worth clinical promotion.
