应急医疗中创伤止血急救技术研究进展

摘要

创伤性出血是院前急救与灾害医学中导致可预防性死亡的重要原因,其有效控制对提升救治成功率至关重要。本文综述了应急医疗场景下创伤止血急救技术的相关研究,阐述了创伤出血的病理生理机制、当前主流的出血严重程度评价标准与工具、从基础到高级的多层次止血策略及其应用原理、适应证与局限性,并探讨了止血效果的临床与实验室评价体系,以期为优化创伤急救流程、提升止血救治成功率,改善患者结局提供参考依据。
