摘要

随着全球人口老龄化加速,老年人群健康问题备受关注。生理弹性可以作为老年人健康的核心评价指标和干预靶点,它对于积极应对人口老龄化、优化资源配置、推进精准老年健康服务具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文对生理弹性的定义、相关概念、影响因素、评估工具、研究方法及机制探索等多个方面进行综述,旨在为临床研究提供参考。
