采用纸片血清标本浸离提取法,对HBsAg及甘胆酸(CG)测定进行了研究.162例HBsAg纸片血清标本与新鲜血清标本对照结果完全相同;108例CG纸片血清标本与新鲜血清标本对照结果无显著性差异(P>0.05).纸片血清标本经置37℃下一周和实地邮寄试验,其结果不受影响.
