摘要

采用导纳法容积描记术对50例冠心病心绞痛患者的左心功能进行检测,并与40例健康者进行对照研究.结果表明,前者左心功能明显减退(P<0.01),且其左心功能受损程度随缺血部位和范围加大而加重.因此,导纳法容积描记术可作为冠心病左心功能测试与评价的手段之一.
