摘要

20例择期手术病人,随机分为两组,每组10例,分别静注含与不含1:40万肾上腺素的局麻药(1%利多卡因与0.375%布比卡因混合液)2ml.结果:含肾上腺素组静注后1分钟心率明显增快,与注药前相比(P＜0.01),收缩压轻度增高(P＜0.05),2分钟后心率、血压均恢复至注药前水平.不含肾上腺素组注药前后各项参数均无明显变化(P＞0.05).提示:试验量中的微量肾上腺素可作为硬膜外导管误入血管时的一个好的指标.
