摘要

用正交试验对Berthelot's酶比色法测定尿素氮试剂的浓度进行了实验研究.结果表明:亚硝基铁氰化钠、次氯酸钠、氢氧化钠用量不宜过高,而水杨酸钠浓度较高为好.建立了一种较好的试剂配方,具有灵敏度高,空白吸光度低,试剂保存时间长,显色稳定,结果准确可靠等优点.
