摘要

用减数法观察了30例原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患儿外周血T++48双标记细胞(DLC)的分布及DLC分别与血小板计数(PC)、血小板表面相关抗体IgG(PAIgG)、HLA-DR<'+>T细胞及HLA-DQ<'+>T细胞的关系.发现:ITP患儿的DLC较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.01).DLC与PAIgG、HLA-DR<'+>T及HLA-DQ<'+>T均呈显著正相关(P分别<0.05、0.05及0.01),与PC呈负相关(P<0.05).提示DLC在外周血中的大量出现与ITP发病密切相关.
