摘要

对诊断为下颌乳磨牙根尖周炎行根管治疗的31名患儿,年龄3～7岁,共52颗患牙进行回顾性调查,结果表明:轻、中型乳牙根尖周炎行根管治疗术,无碍于继承恒牙胚的正常发育,重型乳牙根尖周炎,应拔除患牙,以便恒牙正常发育及替换.
