摘要

应用免疫磁珠分离法及甲基纤维素体外集落培养法分别观察了脐血、成人外周血及骨髓中CD34+细胞数量和CFU-Mix、CFU-GM、CFU-E及BFU-E集落形成情况,并进行了比较研究,结果显示脐血造血干/祖细胞数量及增殖能力明显高于成人外周血和骨髓,脐血中CD34+细胞数分别是成人外周血和骨髓的20～40倍和4～5倍,脐血中CFU-Mix、BFU-E集落数分别是成人外周血的10倍和6倍,骨髓的3倍;脐血中CFU-GM、CFU-E分别是成人外周血的4倍和3倍,而与骨髓基本相当.
