摘要

用ATP酶染色等方法观察了稀土对BALB/C小鼠表皮Langerhans细胞(LC)的影响.结果显示:接触组表皮LC密度及Ia抗原阳性Lc密度明显下降,细胞分布不均匀,LC树支状胞突减少、变短或消失.组织学表现为接触组皮肤增厚和弹力纤维、网状纤维增生.认为稀土可以损伤表皮LC.
