摘要

为探讨肿瘤坏死因子对胃癌细胞的作用机理,运用流式细胞术测定其对胃癌细胞SGC-7901增殖周期的作用.结果显示经肿瘤坏死因子作用后,胃癌细胞SGC-7901增殖指数明显下降(P<0.01),72 h内G<,2>M期细胞由6.5%上升到49.8%(P<0.01).而G<,0>.G<,1>期和S期细胞则显著下降(P<0.01);72 h后其作用减弱.表明肿瘤坏死因子能抑制SGC-7901细胞增殖,将SGC-7901细胞阻抑在细胞增殖周期中的G<,2>M期,且在72 h内达高峰.为临床合理运用肿瘤坏死因子治疗胃癌提供实验依据.
