摘要

为进一步探索肿瘤坏死因子-Alpha(TNF-α)与内皮素-1(Endothelint-1,ET-1)之间的关系,用TNF-α刺激离体培养的气道上皮细胞、平滑肌细胞,测定其分泌ET-1的变化.结果发现气道上皮细胞本身可分泌ET-1,在TNF-α的刺激下ET-1的分泌释放量增加;气道平滑肌细胞无分泌(或分泌微量)ET-1,在TNF-α刺激后可分泌释放ET-1.此方法可能对气道高反应的形成和气道重建有一定的意义.
