摘要

目的为探讨治疗食管癌、贲门癌术后吻合口瘘并发症的方法.方法行胸腔引流、空肠逆行置胃管及空肠造瘘,同时给予应用抗生素及支持治疗.结果接受胸腔引流、空肠逆行置胃管及空肠造瘘治疗的患者,全部治愈出院.结论胸腔引流、空肠逆行置胃管及空肠造瘘在对食管癌、贲门癌术后吻合口瘘的治疗中,取得了较好的疗效,值得推广.
