摘要

目的建立菌克星注射液的含量测定方法.方法采用褶合曲线分析法不经分离直接测定菌克星注射液中替硝唑和环丙沙星两组分的含量,选定替硝唑测定波长为307.0 nm(N=13,H=1);乳酸环丙沙星测定波长为259.4 nm(N=9,H=2).结果平均回收率分别为99.60%和99.77%,BSD分别为0.32%和0.74%.结论该方法快速、简便,结果准确,可作为菌克星注射液的质量标准.
