摘要

目的探讨抗角蛋白自身抗体(AK auto Ab)对培养人舌鳞癌细胞表达表皮生长因子受体(FGFR)的作用.方法用不同浓度AK aut Ab作用于培养人舌鳞癌细胞后,用免疫组化方法,测鳞癌细胞表达ECFR的变化,并做图像分析.结果研究发现AK auto Ab对鳞癌细胞EGFR的表达有抑制作用,并呈浓度依赖性,经统计学检验显示有极显著意义(P<0.01).结论 AK auto Ab对鳞癌细胞EGFR的表达有抑制作用.
