摘要

目的探讨脊髓髓内肿瘤并脊髓空洞症的外科治疗及临床评价.方法对13例手术治疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果合并脊髓空洞的髓内肿瘤的手术全切率为76.92%(10/13),术后空洞缩小或消失率61.54%(8/13);术后感觉异常及疼痛改善不明显,而以肌力及大小便功能恢复为主,临床症状轻重与脊髓空洞大小无关;除星形细胞瘤外其它肿瘤术后增生恶化或复发率均较低.结论脊髓空洞的存在有利于髓内肿瘤的切除,且术后空洞常可自行恢复正常,早期诊断、手术全切是治疗成功的关键.
