目的 通过基于ABC分析法调查与分析某门诊部2018年药品使用情况,为该门诊部合理用药提供参考依据。方法 选取该门诊部卫生信息系统2018年全部药品出库数据,采用ABC分析法对药品销售金额与品种数进行统计分析,并重点对A类药品进行用药分析。结果 2018年A类药品61种,占总品种数的16.14%,占总销售金额74.27%;B类药品68种,占总品种数的17.99%,占总销售金额16.47%;C类药品249种,占总品种数的65.87%,占总销售金额9.26%。其中A类药品主要集中在中成药、心血管系统用药两大类药物,两类药物品种数累计百分比为50.82%,销售金额累计百分比为61.82%,品种数与销售金额占比均超过50%。中成药中主要治疗药物销售金额累计百分比为23.44%,辅助用药销售金额累计百分比76.56%。心血管系统用药品种数共10种,其中抗高血压类药物有6种。结论 该门诊部心血管系统用药基本合理,中成药辅助用药的使用存在不合理之处,亟待解决,以促进合理用药。

Objective To investigate and analyze the usage of medicines in an outpatient clinic in 2018 so as to provide reference for rational drug use in this clinic.Methods Data on the delivery status of drugs in 2018 was retrieved from the health information system of this clinic. The consumption and variety of medicines in general and class A drugs in particular were subjected to ABC analysis.Results There were 61 types of class A drugs that accounted for 16.14% of the varieties of medicines used and 74.27% of the consumption sum, compared with 68, 17.99% and 16.47% for class B drugs, and 249, 65.87% and 9.26% for class C drugs. Most of the class A drugs were Chinese patent medicines and cardiovascular drugs. The cumulative percentage of two drug varieties was 50.82% and that of consumption was 61.82%. Both accounted for more than 50%. The percentage of major drugs among Chinese patent medicines was 23.44%,compared with 76.56% for the adjuvant drugs. There were a total of ten types of cardiovascular drugs used, six of which were antihypertensive drugs.Conclusions The usage of cardiovascular drugs is basically rational in this outpatient clinic, but that of adjuvant drugs from Chinese patent medicines is not. This is an urgent issue to be solved so as to promote rational drug use.
