视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病、系统性红斑狼疮与重症肌无力共病1例

摘要

视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病(NMOSD)是免疫介导的中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病, 主要侵犯视神经和脊髓, 病因主要与抗水通道蛋白4(AQP4)抗体相关。NMOSD可与其他全身性或器官特异性自身免疫性疾病共存,但少有同时合并系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)和重症肌无力(MG)的报道。本文报道1例罕见的NMOSD合并SLE和MG的病例,旨在提高对NMOSD合并多种自身免疫性疾病的认识,为减少误诊漏诊提供参考。
