重复经颅磁刺激联合镜像疗法促进脑卒中后运动功能的研究进展

摘要

脑卒中是神经系统常见疾病,严重影响患者的日常生活活动,给患者及其家庭造成沉重负担。研究表明,镜像疗法与重复经颅磁刺激二者结合应用能够从不同角度发挥协同作用,相较于单一疗法在改善脑卒中患者肢体运动功能、提高日常生活活动能力以及促进大脑功能重组等方面展现出更显著的疗效,为脑卒中后运动功能的康复治疗开辟了新的有效途径。本文从两者干预的机制和联合的协同作用及其在促进脑卒中后运动功能康复的临床应用等方面进行综述,旨在促进相关研究与临床应用的发展。
