以泌尿系感染为首发症状的恙虫病1例

摘要

恙虫病是由恙虫病东方立克次体感染引起的一种以恙螨幼虫为媒介的自然疫源性疾病,流行于亚太和澳大利亚北部地区,近年来各地区发病率呈上升趋势。由于恙虫病早期缺乏特异性表现,加之临床缺乏经验,极易误诊和漏诊。本文报告1例以泌尿系感染症状为首发表现,经头孢曲松、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠经验性抗感染治疗无效,通过宏基因组二代测序(mNGS)技术确诊恙虫病东方体序列数81条的老年男性患者的诊治过程,旨在提高临床对恙虫病的认识,减少误诊和漏诊,改善患者预后。
