减重手术后体重反弹机制及多学科干预研究进展

摘要

减重手术是治疗重度肥胖症的有效手段,但术后体重反弹问题显著影响其远期疗效。体重反弹的机制涉及生理与心理行为等多个层面。这些因素并非孤立存在,而是通过“激素紊乱-代谢下降-不良进食行为”路径形成交互影响,构成体重反弹的复杂网络。多学科干预模式已成为预防和管理体重反弹的核心策略。本文对此类研究进行回顾分析,以期为临床工作提供理论依据。
