腰腹联合腹腔镜肾根治性切除术治疗巨大肾黏液样小管状和梭形细胞癌1例

摘要

肾黏液样小管状和梭形细胞癌(MTSCC)是肾细胞癌的一种罕见亚型,多表现为低度恶性、预后相对较好,但巨大肿瘤并疑似转移者临床更为少见。本文对武警安徽总队医院收治的1例81岁男性巨大MTSCC并伴疑似肺转移患者进行报道,通过对其诊疗经过、手术要点及随访策略进行分析讨论,以期为巨大MTSCC的临床处理提供参考。
