摘要

目的探索青壮年股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗方法临床效果。方法采用带旋髂深血管髂骨骨膜骨瓣治疗青壮年股骨头缺血性坏死36例，40髋。除4例失访外，平均随访2～8 a，并用股骨头缺血性坏死疗效百分法判定。结果优23例，良7例，可2例。优良率为93.7％。结论带旋髂深血管髂骨骨瓣可重建股骨头血运，重建骨小梁，防止股骨头塌陷。
