摘要
目的建立PVC输液袋中DEHP含量测定方法.方法采用气相色谱法.色谱柱:HP-1(5 m×0.53 mm×2.65μm)毛细管柱,检测器:FID,进样口温度:300℃,检测器温度:300℃,柱温:280℃,载气流速:氮气:10 ml/min.结果DEHP在2.5～20 mg/ml范围内与峰面积有良好线性关系,r=0.9970,平均回收率为101.1%(n=5),RSD=2.3%.结论本方法准确、快速、简便且重现性好,可作为PVC输液袋中DEHP含量测定方法.
