摘要

目的采用气相色谱法对复方地塞米松乳膏中樟脑、薄荷脑两成分进行含量测定.方法采用色谱柱:石英毛细管柱(0.53 mm×30 m,1.0 μm);柱温:程序升温;载气:氮气;流速:5 ml/min进行测定.结果樟脑、薄荷脑分别在各自浓度范围内有良好的线性关系.结论气相色谱法测定复方地塞米松乳膏中樟脑、薄荷脑含量快速、简便、准确.
