摘要

目的探讨老年患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度(Intima-media thickness,IMT)、肱动脉血管内皮功能与冠状动脉病变之间的关系.方法 80例老年患者进行颈动脉超声、血管内皮舒张功能及冠状动脉造影检查.根据冠状动脉造影结果将入选者分为冠心病(Coronary artery disease,CAD)组及非CAD组.比较两组IMT和血管内皮舒张功能.结果 CAD组颈动脉IMT较非CAD组明显增厚,并随着冠状动脉病变支数增加而增加;血管内皮舒张功能在CAD组与非CAD组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论结合颈动脉IMT与血管内皮舒张功能的检查可预测老年患者冠状动脉病变的存在及严重程度.
