摘要
目的 探讨肌酐(creatinine, CR)、胆固醇(cholestoenone, TC)、三酰甘油(triacylglyceride, TG)和高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein, HDL)试剂对血清总胆汁酸(total bile acid, TBA)检测结果的影响。方法 先单独检测30次混合血清标本TBA含量;之后检测CR、TC、TG、HDL试剂对TBA检测结果的影响及其持续时间;设定特殊清洗程序后再检测CR、TC、TG、HDL试剂对TBA检测结果的影响。结果 CR、TC、TG、HDL试剂对TBA检测有明显的交叉污染。结论 合理安排检测顺序及设定特殊清洗程序能有效地消除CR、TC、TG、HDL试剂对TBA检测的影响。
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of creatinine, triglyceride, cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein reagents on determination results of serum total bile acid. Methods WTBZTBA content of 30 serum samples(mixed serum) was independently detected. The impact of CR, TC, TG, and HDL reagents on detection of TBA was investigated and detected again after special cleaning procedures. Results There was clear cross-contamination in detection of TBA using CR, TC, TG, HDL reagents. Conclusions Rational detection order and special testing and cleaning procedures can effectively eliminate the effect of CR, TC, TG, and HDL reagents on TBA examination.
