目的 确定应急医学救援药品筹备系统中创伤后应激障碍（post traumatic stress disorder，PTSD）预防和治疗药品的筹备目录及药品模块基数。方法 应用循证医学方法，通过文献检索确定PTSD在不同灾害情况下的发病率；统计文献资料、实际救援经验中的疾病发生情况，采用决策分析法确定各模块中疾病的比例；利用《应急医学救援药品筹备系统》软件，针对不同灾害发生情况，生成应急救援PTSD药品模块清单。结果 初步确定了各类灾害PTSD发生率，以及PTSD六大药品种类、基数。结论 应急医学救援药品筹备软件系统中PTSD预防和治疗药品种类及药品模块基数的确定，能够针对不同灾害情况迅速生成PTSD应急救援药品筹备清单。

Objective To study the method of modularized medical supplies for PTSD under the medical rescue supply system. Methods The incidence of PTSD during varied disasters was determined using literature search. Then the number of subjected populations, rescue soldiers and basic units, the rescue time, and the item and quantity criteria for medical materials and demand of every 100 soldiers were established. According to the incidence of PTSD during varied disasters ，the medical supply system was generated for the prevention and treatment of PTSD .Results The incidence of PTSD varies from disaster to disaster, and we can establish the item and quantity criteria for medical materials and demand of every 100 soldiers during different disasters with the medical rescue supply system. Conclusion Modularization of medical supplies is available, which may offer an effective pathway for medical supplies used for the prevention and treatment of PTSD in the course of disaster relief.
