目的 观察中晚期鼻咽非角化未分化癌（undifferentiated carcinoma of nasopharyngeal type，NCCN）治疗后淋巴细胞亚群的比例与生存质量和急性放射损伤的关系。方法 将中晚期鼻咽非角化未分化癌35例，按NCCN临床指引进行综合治疗，并分析其淋巴细胞亚群与生存质量和相关急性放射损伤的关系。结果 肿瘤患者的CD4+T细胞比例（70.68±7.32）%与生存质量（82.0±9.94）与呈正相关，而与急性放射损伤得分值（7.91±2.18）呈负相关，相关系数r分别是0.741（P=0.000）、-0.662（P=0.000），生存质量与急性放射损伤得分值呈负相关，r=-0.892(P=0.000)。结论 NCCN治疗后淋巴细胞CD4+T比例高低与生存质量和相关急性放射损伤关系密切。
Abstract
Objective To observe the relationship between the treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal non-keratinizing carcinoma (Undifferentiated Carcinoma of Nasopharyngeal Type), the proportion of lymphocyte subsets, quality of life and acute radiation injury. Methods Thirty-five cases of advanced nasopharyngeal non-keratinizing undifferentiated carcinoma were subjected to comprehensive treatment according to NCCN clinical guidelines. The relationship between lymphocyte subsets, quality of life and acute radiation injury was analyzed. Results The proportion of lymphocyte subsets CD4+T was related to quality of life and low scores of acute radiation injury in patients. Conclusion There are close relations between the proportion of lymphocyte CD4 T, quality of life and acute radiation injury.
