目的 探讨循证护理干预对腰椎术后患者早期下床活动的影响。方法 将36例腰椎术后的患者随机分组，对照组18例，干预组18例，对照组采用常规护理，干预组实施循证护理，对腰椎内固定术后患者的术后下床时间、尿管拔除时间及出院时间等进行观察比较。结果 干预组的术后下床时间、尿管拔除时间及出院时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 循证护理可促进腰椎术后患者早期下床活动。
Abstract
Objective To study the influence of evidence-based nursing intervention on the early ambulation of patient after lumbar vertebral surgery. Methods Thirty-six postoperative lumbar spine patients were randomized into two groups:the control group (n=18) and the interference groups (n=18);the control group received routine care whereas the interference group enjoyed the evidence-based nursing after the lumbar spinal internal fixation. The time of early ambulation, removal of urinary catheter, and discharge from hospital were compared. Results The time of early ambulation, removal of urinary catheter and discharge in the intervention group were earlier than those in the control group, the differences being statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Evidence-based nursing promotes the early ambulation of patients after lumbar vertebral surgery.
