目的 探讨超声引导介入治疗妇科恶性肿瘤手术后盆腔淋巴囊肿的临床价值。 方法 在超声引导下对26例共27个盆腔淋巴囊肿行穿刺引流、无水乙醇硬化治疗并随访6个月。 结果 治愈15个，显效6个，好转4个，无效2个。治愈率55.56％（15/27），总有效率92.59％（25/27 ）。 结论 超声引导无水乙醇硬化治疗盆腔淋巴囊肿疗效肯定，切实可行。
Abstract
Objective To study ultrasound-guided puncture and sclerotherapy with absolute alcohol for postoperative pelvic lymphoceles in women with gynecologic cancers. Methods Twenty-six patients with 27 pelvic lymphoceles were treated by ultrasound-guided aspiration and sclerotherapy with injection of absolute alcohol and followed up for six months. Results Good recovery was obtained in 15 cases, marked effects in 6 cases, improvement in 4 cases and no effects in 2 cases .The cure rate was 55.56%（15/27）and the total effective rate was 92.59%（25/27）. Conclusions Ultrasound guided puncture and sclerotherap with absolute alcohol is a feasible and effective method to treat pelvic lymphoceles.
