目的 建立降脂饮颗粒中何首乌有效成分的测定方法。 方法 采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相;检测波长为320 nm;柱温25 ℃; 流速为1.0 ml/min,测定何首乌中主要成分2,3,5,4-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-0-β-D-葡萄糖苷(简称:二苯乙烯苷)的含量。 结果 二苯乙烯苷在0.050~0.625 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,样品分离度好,与阴性无干扰且样品稳定性好。 结论 本方法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于降脂饮颗粒中二苯乙烯苷的测定。
Abstract
Objective To establish a method of determining the effective component of Polygonum multiflorum in lipid-lowering drink particles. Methods HPLC method was used with octadecyl silane bonded silica as a filler and with acetonitrile water(25∶75)as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm; the column temperature was 25 ℃ at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Results 2,3,5,4- tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-0-β-D -glucoside in the 0.05-0.625 μg range showed a good linear relationship. The sample separation was good, with no interference and sample stability in the negative was good. Conclusions The method is user-friendly and accurate with a good reproducibility. It can be used to determine the content of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxy diphenyl ethylene-2-0-β-D-glucoside.
