摘要
目的 分析传染病乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、艾滋病、梅毒4项检测结果,分别探讨其在入院患者诊断中的意义。 方法 对3560例住院患者的传染病4项检测结果进行回顾性分析,所有患者均采用酶联免疫法检测HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、梅毒抗体实验进行检测,分析检查结果。 结果 (1)4项检测结果中,HBsAg、抗-HCV阳性率最高,分别为9.12%、5.73%;其次为梅毒(0.76%)、抗-HCV+ HBsAg(0.45%),无HIV感染病例。(2)以感染科(26.81%)、烧伤科(21.94%)最多,其次为妇产科(15.07%)、创伤科(11.00%)、外科(6.8%)、内科(6.5%)、儿科(5.6%)。 结论 传染病4项阳性率在住院患者中较为常见,及时检查能降低医源性阳性率,避免发生医疗纠纷,减少医院内感染。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the four testing results for infectious diseases and study their significance for inpatients. Methods The four testing results of 3560 cases of inpatients with infectious diseases treated in our hospital from March 2007 to April 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were tested with enzyme immunoassay for detection of HBsAg, anti HCV, anti - AIDS, syphilis antibody. Results (1)The rate of infection with HBsAg and anti - HCV was higher,being 9.12% and 5.73% respectively, followed by syphilis (0.76%) and anti - HCV + HBsAg (0.45%). There was no new case of AIDS infection. (2)Among the departments of infectious diseases , the Department of Infection had a rate of distribution of (26.81%), followed by the Department of Burns Surgery (21.94%), the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology(15.07%), Traumatology Department (11.0%), Surgical Department( 6.8%), Department of Internal Medicine(6.5%) and the Department of Pediatrics(5.6%). Conclusions The positive rate of infectious diseases is common among hospitalized patients.Timely detection is necessary.
