摘要

目的 检测Med-19在结肠癌组织中的表达水平及与病理学特征的相关性。 方法 利用免疫组织化学法检测Med-19在115例结肠癌及癌旁组织中的表达情况。 结果 结肠癌组织Med-19的阳性表达率明显高于相应的癌旁组织( P <0.01);在Dukes C+D期及淋巴结转移情况下,Med-19基因表达水平均明显高于相对应组别( P <0.05或 P <0.01);Med-19表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、分化程度均无明显相关性( P >0.05)。 结论 Med-19在结肠癌组织中高表达,其表达水平与结肠癌生物学行为密切相关。

Abstract

Objective To detect the expression of Med-19 in colon cancer and the correlation between Med-19 expression and pathologic features. Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Med-19 in 115 colon cancer samples and their corresponding normal tissues. Results The positive rate of Med-19 expression was significantly higher in colon cancer tissues than in the matched normal tissues( P <0.05). The positive rate of Med-19 expression was higher in Dukes C+D stage and lymph node metastasis colon cancer tissues than in the matched normal tissues ( P <0.05, P <0.01). The expression of Med-19 was not related to age, sex, size, or histological differentiation ( P >0.05). Conclusions Med-19 is over-expressed in colon cancer tissues,which might be closely related to clinical biological behaviors.
