目的 探讨急性肾衰竭(acute renal failure, ARF)患者血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin, NGAL)水平与病情危重程度相关性。 方法 选取123例ARF为ARF组，50例健康体检者作对照组，使用ELISA法检测两组血清NGAL、Cr浓度；使用急性生理与慢性健康状况评分Ⅲ(acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅲ, APACHE Ⅲ)系统对ARF患者进行评分。分析NGAL水平与APACHE Ⅲ评分的关系。 结果 ARF患者血清NGAL水平显著高于对照组［（205.9±29.8） vs （42.8±9.8） ng/ml］，并与APACHE Ⅲ评分呈正相关。结论 血清NGAL水平升高可以作为判断ARF病情加重的一项生物指标，可以使用NGAL对急性肾损伤病情进行监测。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship of serum NGAL level and severity of illness in patients with acute renal failure(ARF). Methods Serum NGAL was detected using ELISA while the severity of illness of all ARF patients were evaluated by APACHE Ⅲ score system. Results Serum NGAL level in ARF patients was markedly higher than that in the control group and positively correlated with APACHE Ⅲ scores. Conclusions Serum NGAL level may be one biomarker for severity of illness in ARF patients and real time monitoring of serum NGAL level in ARF patients may shorten the evaluation time for severity of illness.
