腹腔镜治疗非寄生虫性肝囊肿32例

摘要

非寄生虫性肝囊肿是一种较常见的肝脏良性疾病，多见于妇女，肝右叶常见。对于直径<5 cm的无症状的肝囊肿多不需要治疗，当囊肿直径>5 cm时，因压迫肝脏及邻近脏器时可出现右上腹不适、腹胀、腹痛、恶心、呕吐、腹部包块、黄疸，应予以外科治疗。
