目的 回顾分析不稳定型轻微Lisfranc损伤的临床诊断要点及治疗方法，提高对其认识程度，减少临床误诊漏诊率。方法 2007-06至2010-06收治27例不稳定型轻微Lisfranc损伤患者，其中男18例，女9例，年龄27~48岁，平均37.5岁；左侧20例，右侧7例；车祸伤11例，重物砸伤7例，高处坠落伤5例，下楼梯摔伤4例；闭合性损伤24例，开放性损伤3例（GustlioⅠ型）。7例患者就诊时患足轻微肿胀，20例患者就诊时患足肿胀明显，给予石膏固定、患肢抬高制动及应用甘露醇脱水治疗。除2例Gustlダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìè萀ゴìダìばìà耀ゴìダìばìゴìダìばìà耀ゴìダìばìà耀ゴìダìばìà耀ゐìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴìダìばìゴì
Abstract
Objective To retrospective analyses clinical diagnosis and therapies of instability minor Lisfranc injure, in order to pay more attention to such kind of injure, reduce the rate of clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
