目的 观察枸橼酸莫沙必利联合六味能消胶囊对老年糖尿病胃轻瘫临床症状的改善作用。方法 选择老年糖尿病胃轻瘫患者107例，随机分为观察组54例，对照组53例。在常规控制血糖的基础上，观察组口服枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片和六味能消胶囊，对照组口服枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片。枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片5 mg，六味能消胶囊0.9 g，均3次/d，餐前30 min服用，连续治疗4周。结果 治疗4周后，两组患者的上腹饱胀/早饱、嗳气、上腹不适/上腹痛、恶心/呕吐、食欲不振等主要糖尿病胃轻瘫症状均明显改善，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);总体疗效评价，观察组总有效率为90.8%，对照组总有效率为73.6%，两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时，两组患者血糖控制水平明显改善，空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖治疗前后比较均有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论 在常规控制血糖的基础上，应用枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合六味能消胶囊治疗老年糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效优于单用枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片。

Objective To observe the clinical effects and symptom improvements of mosapride conbined with liuweinengxiao capsules (LWNXC) in treatment of elderly patients with diabetic gastroparesis (DGP).Methods 107 patients with senile diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into 2 groups, observation group (n=54) and control group (n=53), and treated orally with mosapride citrate dispersible tables (5 mg, tid) plus LWNXC (0.9 g, tid), and LWNXC (0.9 g, tid),respectively. The medicines should be administered at the time of 30 minutes before meals for 4 weeks. At the same time, conventional treatment of diabetes was continued. Results After the completion of 4 weeks treatment, major symptoms of DGP, such as epigastric fullness/early satiety, belching, abdominal discomfort/pain, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, were obviously improved in the two groups, with significant differences between the severity of symptoms before and after treatment (P<0.01), respectively. Overall evaluating the curative effect in the patients, there was a significant difference between the total effective rates of the two groups, that was 90.8% in observation group and 73.6% in control group (P<0.05). At the same time, improvement of blood glucose controlling in diabetic patients of the two groups were observed, and significant differences existed in of fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, between before and after treatment (P<0.01) . Conclusions The curative effect of mosapride citrate dispersible tablets combined with LWNXC in treating senile diabetic gastroparesis is superior to that of mosapride citrate dispersible tablets with absence of LWNXC. It should be emphasized that conventional treatment of diabetes should be performed as basic therapy on DGP.
