摘要

目的 研究火麻仁酶解发酵液的抗疲劳作用。方法 健康昆明小鼠100只随机均分为5组,即对照组、低剂量和高剂量火麻仁蛋白组、低剂量和高剂量火麻仁酶解发酵液组,并分别采用蒸馏水、1.3 g/(kg·d)和2.6 g/(kg·d)的火麻仁蛋白蒸馏水溶液或火麻仁蛋白酶解发酵液连续灌胃30 d。实验结束后记录小鼠负重力竭游泳时间,并检测小鼠血乳酸动态变化。结果 与对照组和2个不同剂量的火麻仁蛋白组相比较,不同剂量的火麻仁酶解发酵液均可延长小鼠的负重游泳时间(P<0.05),且可显著提高血乳酸降解速率和降低小鼠运动后血乳酸水平(P<0.05)。结论 火麻仁酶解发酵液具有良好的抗疲劳作用。

Abstract

Objective To study the antifatigue effect of hempseed fermented liquid. Methods 100 Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups a control group, low dose and high dose hempseed protein groups and low dose and high dose fermented liquid groups [1.3 g/(kg·d) and 2.6 g/(kg·d)],which were given distilled water and the corresponding drugs via gastrogavage. The mice were gavaged one time a day,and continued for 30 days. Thirty days later,the exhaustive swimming time in the mice were recorded, and the indexes of lactic acid levels were tested and analyzed. Results Compared with the hempseed pretein group,different doses of hempseed fermented liquid could prolong exhaustive swimming time significantly(P<0.05),and decrease accumulation of lactic acid significantly in the blood(P<0.05). Conclustion Hempseed fermented liquid has obviouse antifatigue effect.
