目的 研究老年女性甲状腺结节的发病情况，了解结节特征及其与甲状腺功能的关系。方法 对226例80岁以上老年女性行甲状腺超声检查，同时测定甲状腺功能(FT₃，FT₄，TSH)。结果 检出甲状腺结节169例，检出率为74.8%，且各年龄组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。各组多发结节占优势，但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。正常组和甲状腺结节组比较甲状腺功能各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 老年女性甲状腺结节发病率高且趋向稳定，以多发为主，对甲状腺功能无明显影响。

Objective To study the prevalence of thyroid gland nodules in elderly women, and to evaluate the relationship between the features of nodule and the thyroid gland function. Methods A total of 226 patients aged over eighty years were randomly recruited for the study. All patients had ultrasound examination and thyroid gland function tests(FT₃,FT₄,TSH). Results Thyroid nodules were detected in 74.8%(169/226) of the elderly women, and no significant difference between the age groups(P>0.05). Although in each age group multiple nodules were dominant, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Comparison between normal group and thyroid gland nodules group shoued no differeuce in thyroid gland function various indexes(P>0.05). Conclusions The incidence of thyroid nodules in elderly women is high and tends to be stable. Multiple nodules was prominent in elderly women. The thyroid gland nodules have no obvious influence to the thyroid gland function.
