目的 调查武警某部医院护士心理健康状况，为维护护士心理健康和提高护理质量提供理论依据。方法 应用SCL-90和SCSQ对武警某部医院94名护士进行测查。结果 (1)人际关系敏感和抑郁均明显低于全国常模(P＜0.01)，敌对、恐怖、偏执均低于全国常模(P＜0.05)。军人护士躯体化因子显著高于合同制护士(P＜0.05)，其余各因子分均无统计学差异。(2)护士积极应对方式高于全国常模(P＜0.01)，消极应对方式低于全国常模(P＜0.01)。本院合同制护士积极应对方式显著高于地方某医院合同制护士(P＜0.05)，消极应对方式极显著低于地方某医院合同制护士(P＜0.01)。结论 该武警机动部队医院护士心理健康状况较好，但军人护士的躯体不适感较为明显。

Objective To investigate the mental health status in nurses of an Armed Police hospital, thereby providing theoretical basis for maintaining nurses’ mental health and improving the quality of nursing. Methods Totally 94 nurses were investigated by using symptom checklist-90(SCL-90) and simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ). Results (1)Scores of interpersonal sensitivity and depression in nurses were lower than those in the national norm significantly(P＜0.01). Scores of hostility, phobia anxiety and paranoid ideation were lower than those in the national norm significantly(P＜0.05).Score of somatization in army nurses was higher than that in nurses with employment contract significantly(P＜0.05) and the other factors were not significant(P＞0.05). (2)The positive coping style in the nurses was higher than that in the national norm significantly(P＜0.01) and the negative coping style was lower than that in the national norm significantly(P＜0.01). The positive coping style of the contract nurses in this hospital was higher than that in nurses of a local hospital significantly(P＜0.05).The negative coping style of the contract nurses in this hospital was lower than that in nurses of the other local hospital significantly(P＜0.01). Conclusions The mental health situation of nurses in this hospital is good, but physical discomfort of army nurses is obvious.
